Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
Therapy provides a safe space to explore your thoughts and emotions, learn coping strategies, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself to navigate challenges effectively. Therapy can be helpful if you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, emotionally stuck, or simply looking for support and personal growth. You do not have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy.
What can I expect during the first session?
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss your concerns, explore your goals for therapy, and begin creating a plan that feels supportive and personalized to your needs.
Do you accept insurance and what are your rates?
I currently accept select insurance plans, and self-pay options are also available. Rates can vary depending on session type and coverage. Please reach out for the most up-to-date information regarding fees, insurance, and copays.
Are sessions offered virtually or in person?
Sessions are offered both virtually through secure Telehealth services and in person, depending on availability and your preferences. I am currently located in Pompano Beach, Florida for in person appointments.
How often will I need to attend therapy?
The frequency of therapy depends on your individual needs and goals. Many clients begin with weekly sessions, while others may benefit from biweekly or more flexible scheduling.
