Child Therapy
Growing Skills For Growing Minds

Child therapy supports children in understanding and expressing their emotions in developmentally appropriate ways. Through play-based and evidence-informed approaches, children learn skills to manage big feelings, improve behavior, build confidence, and strengthen relationships. Therapy also includes collaboration with caregivers to support growth and consistency at home and school.
When working with children, I prioritize building trust and emotional safety. Sessions are structured yet flexible, allowing children to communicate in ways that feel natural to them. I focus on skill-building, emotional awareness, and confidence while maintaining regular caregiver involvement to support consistency and growth across environments.
